A charitable organization is seeking a part-time candidate to support the Board of Trustees with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Applicants should have at least 5 years of management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various IT tools. This role offers flexible working arrangements and is key to supporting the organization's growth in the STEM and Aerospace sectors.
3-7 hours / week or 7-15 hours / week Ideally someone who can be present for monthly Board Meetings - F2F or online - however the ideal candidate will be measured on merit, not locality., Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, you will be at the heart of the Foundation's operations. Your responsibilities will include:
