A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a fully remote position. This 12-month fixed-term contract is ideal for a detail-oriented individual to thrive in managing order validation processes, supporting an integral team across the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, prioritization, and the ability to work with customers to enhance order accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order validation processes including PO checks and corrections.
  • Work with customers to improve order form data accuracy.
  • Help set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.
  • Support quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.
  • Guide order management tasks and resolve intricate order issues.
  • Participate in efforts to improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Are you an Order Management Specialist looking to join a leading organisation and make a significant impact?

We have a 12-month fixed-term contract for a fully remote position that offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to thrive. You will be instrumental in supporting the Order Management team across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage order validation processes, including PO checks, holds, aging orders, order line releases, and corrections.
  • Work with customers to improve the accuracy of order form data.
  • Help set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.
  • Support quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.
  • Offer guidance on order management tasks and resolve intricate order issues.
  • Participate in efforts to refine and improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Skills
  • Bilingual in French is Preferred
  • Highly organised with strong analytical abilities.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle multiple assignments.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is desirable.
