We’re seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives with proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-volume outbound calling environments and have a track record of generating qualified leads. You’ll play a key role in building pipeline for Account Executives, working with cutting-edge sales tools, and representing international leading SaaS companies.
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls (100+), emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads, book discovery meetings, and hand off to Account Executives.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to manage pipeline effectively.
- Research prospects and tailor outreach to key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimise outbound strategies.
- 1+ experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
- Comfort with hitting daily/weekly KPIs for calls and outreach.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and resilience in handling objections.
- Ability to work independently
- Based in the UK and available for full-time remote work.
