Job Summary

We’re seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives with proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-volume outbound calling environments and have a track record of generating qualified leads. You’ll play a key role in building pipeline for Account Executives, working with cutting-edge sales tools, and representing international leading SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors
  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls (100+), emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads, book discovery meetings, and hand off to Account Executives.
  • Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to manage pipeline effectively.
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach to key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimise outbound strategies.
  • 1+ experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
  • Comfort with hitting daily/weekly KPIs for calls and outreach.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in handling objections.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Based in the UK and available for full-time remote work.
