Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider is looking for an HR Master Data Lead (Workday) to oversee data governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of HR master data and leading data initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HR data management, strong Workday expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This is a remote role based in the UK offering a competitive salary and benefits.

- Serve as the expert for Workday Core HCM.
- Deliver meaningful dashboards and workforce analytics.
