We’re looking for a Head of Talent Partnerships & Brand Development to build both our outbound brand outreach and inbound deal pipeline from the ground up.
- Lead proactive outreach to brands, PR firms, agencies, and advertisers.
- Pitch collaborations, negotiate terms, and close paid campaigns.
- Design the media kit, pitch decks, and contact systems that attract inbound opportunities.
- Build relationships, track results, and set up repeatable workflows.
- Help expand the roster by identifying future talent opportunities.
