Job summary
A law firm specializing in immigration is seeking an Immigration Solicitor to join their expanding team. The role involves managing Entry Clearance Visas and Appeals while also providing legal advice on complex immigration cases. Candidates should possess strong experience in point-based systems and have good drafting skills. Competitive salary based on experience is offered.

- Able to handle and organize own workload.
- Ambitious and eager to work on complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Handle all types of Entry Clearance Visas.
- Manage Appeals at various tribunals and courts.
- Advise on EU Law and Human Rights applications.
Skills
We are currently recruiting for an Immigration Solicitor to join our expanding Corporate and Personal Immigration Department.
- Strong experience of dealing with all point-based system.
- Proven Immigration experience in the areas set out below.
- Able to handle/organise own workload
- Multilingual preferred but not essential.
- Good legal writing and drafting skills.
- Be ambitious and want to work on complex cases
- All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further Leave to Remain and ILR
- All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and beyond.
- Strong knowledge of PBS
- EU Law including Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement
- Human Rights Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but very competitive for the right candidate.
