The Opportunity

Join Planview, the global leader in work and resource management, helping ambitious companies transform how they deliver projects and manage portfolios. As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be part of a driven, collaborative sales team using advanced technology and data to power growth and customer success across Northern Europe. You will own a high-volume pipeline, focusing on deals typically ranging from £15–50k ARR, and sales cycles <90 days. This role is designed for candidates with 2+ years of BDR/AE experience who want to accelerate their development and contribution in a supportive, tech‑forward environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification through calls, emails, social outreach, and AI‑assisted engagement tools.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to demo to close—partnering closely with Solution Consulting and leadership on complex opportunities.
  • Conduct tailored demos, facilitate remote presentations, and produce clear proposals that communicate value.
  • Position Planview’s ProjectAdvantage and AdaptiveWork solutions to solve challenges faced by buyers with evolving PPM maturity.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer success and long‑term retention.
  • Manage pipeline activities and forecasting using Salesforce and Clari with accuracy and insight.
What You’ll Bring
  • A polished communicator who thrives engaging a diverse range of stakeholders—from technical users to senior executives—with clarity and confidence.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target‑driven role where you balance high activity with thoughtful customer conversations.
  • A quick learner eager to understand software products deeply and translate features into business value for buyers at varying maturity levels.
  • Proficient with modern sales tools and eager to harness AI‑driven platforms (e.g., Outreach, Chorus.AI, Consensus) to maximize your productivity and customer engagement.
  • Adaptable and coachable with a growth mindset, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Bringing 2+ years of SaaS, technology or commercial sales experience, ideally with exposure to sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar.
