A UK-based care service provider is seeking an Out of Hours Operator to deliver exceptional customer service by answering a variety of inbound calls. The role is fully remote and requires a genuine desire to help the community, along with strong communication and resilience skills. Candidates need a good educational background and the ability to handle challenging calls while meeting personal targets. This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Training commitments:You will need to commit to a 3-week training pattern, schedule as followed:
WK1: Mon 15:00 – 21:00, Tues 16:00 – 22:00, Thur 16:00 – 22:00, Sat 09:00 – 15:00
WK2: Mon 16:00 – 22:00, Tues 16:00 – 22:00, Fri 16:00 – 22:00, Sat 09:00 – 15:00
WK3: Mon 16:00 – 22:00, Tues 16:00 – 22:00, Fri 16:00 – 22:00, Sat 09:00 – 15:00

158 hoursholiday rising to 168 with length of service.This includes bank holidays that you will work if you are rota'd.

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You will have had experience working remotely and in a customer facing role. You are a great communicator and have patience and resilience.
This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough - so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
You have a good general standard of education, we provide a robust training plan to ensure you can thrive in this role!
The heart of the Out of Hours role is answering inbound telephone calls from various customers, including; local councils residents, housing association tenants and many more.
Every call is different and no day is the same, from responsive repairs to anti-social behaviour & noise complains calls. Some calls can be challenging but you will have the training and support to resolve these !
