Job summary
A leading MedTech firm in the UK is seeking an Application Support Technician to provide IT support and maintenance for their clients. This fully remote role requires at least 3 years of technical support experience, ideally in healthcare. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer service standards, assisting in product testing, and collaborating with internal teams. The offered package includes a salary of up to £40,000, a 10% annual bonus, shares options post-probation, and generous leave policies.

- 3+ years experience in providing technical support to clients.
- Experience supporting users in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience deploying and managing applications through Apple & Google Play stores.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to new & existing customers, both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure customer service standards are met with every case.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve service issues.
- Provide insight into improvements of system documentation and client training.
- Assist in testing new versions of the product.
- Support internal staff with technical assistance.
- Ongoing IT system maintenance & health checks.
