• 3+ years experience in providing technical support to clients.

• Experience deploying and managing applications through Apple & Google Play stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support to new & existing customers, both in-person and virtually.
• Ensure customer service standards are met with every case.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Provide insight into improvements of system documentation and client training.
• Assist in testing new versions of the product.
• Support internal staff with technical assistance.
• Ongoing IT system maintenance & health checks.
