Field Service Engineer

This home-based role involves daily travel to various customer sites. - Field Service Engineer must have ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on field experience or time-served engineer background required.
- Strong background in service/calibration of process weighing equipment.
Aufgaben
- Calibrate and commission on-site process weighing systems.
- Install and commission various detection systems.
- Complete service reports and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the frontline expert delivering precision calibration, commissioning, and repair services across customer sites throughout the UK. In your role, you will be home based travelling to customer sites daily to undertake your work.
- ONC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HNC preferred)
- Time-served engineer or equivalent hands‑on field experience
- Strong background in service/calibration of process weighing equipment
- Experience in temperature calibration
- Exposure to food hygiene environments
- Knowledge of scales and systems used in silos, platforms, and industrial control
- Comfortable working under pressure and independently
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay overnight as needed
- Proficient in fault finding on weighing systems
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and calibration equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30.
