Job summary
A global leader in penetration testing is seeking a Lead Penetration Tester. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team while managing pen testing engagements and conducting advanced tests across various environments. You will also create comprehensive reports and maintain custom tools. Ideal candidates have several years of experience, strong knowledge of IT networks, and C1 level German proficiency. The position offers attractive salary and strong progression plans, and it's remote from anywhere in Germany.

- Minimum C1 level German or above with good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers.

- Perform advanced penetration tests on various environments.
- Create high-quality penetration test reports.
- Review and quality-check reports before delivery.
- Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts.
