Job summary
A local authority's legal team is seeking an adult-care solicitor for a 3-month rolling contract, primarily remote but local applicants are preferred. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents and managing a caseload of C-DOLs. Prior experience in a local authority setting is essential. Skills
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment. This position can be offered on a fully remote basis, however local candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Drafting s21A and s16s.
- Handling a full caseload of C-DOLs autonomously.
- Experience with advocacy would be desirable but is not a requirement.
- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
