As Apprenticeship Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive apprenticeship sales strategies with new and existing employers.
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve business targets.
  • Build strong, long-term employer relationships to grow apprenticeship uptake.
  • Analyse performance data to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure programme alignment and delivery.
  • Represent the organisation with employers, funding bodies, and stakeholders.
