Job summary
A global technology company is seeking an End-to-End Solution Design Expert for a remote role based in Romania. The successful candidate will manage HR transformation projects, design comprehensive HR processes, and ensure alignment with best practices and customer needs. Key requirements include a degree in HR or related fields and a minimum of four years of experience in HR process design and digital transformation. You will engage with multiple stakeholders and utilize various technologies to optimize HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR process design with a focus on customer experience.
- Familiarity with digital transformation methodologies and HR technology solutions.
- Experience in Shared Service Center Organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
