A leading insurance company is seeking a Motor Claims MI Lead to join their remote claims team. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and client service. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams.
- Drive efficiency across the claims function by coordinating claims.
- Support client relationships and prepare for service reviews.
- Produce claims statistics and performance MI for internal and client use.
- Maintain data accuracy and document procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Assist in authorising claim payments.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery.

We are seeking a Motor Claims MI Analyst Lead to join a growing and fast-paced claims operation. Sitting at the centre of the team, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening client service and supporting data-driven decision-making.

- Support client relationships, prepare for service reviews and help maintain a high standard of service delivery
- Produce claims statistics, performance MI and reports for both internal use and clients
- Maintain data accuracy, document procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and internal office protocols
- Assist in authorising claim payments in accordance with agreed processes
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery, MI reporting and data insights
