- Remote management experience

- Previous experience conducting and carrying out employee training
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, people-focused business.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) is desirable
