Job summary
A leading AI training firm is looking for an advanced chemist to evaluate AI chatbot performance and solve complex problems. This is a remote position available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexible hours and a starting pay of £29.61 per hour plus bonuses for high-quality work. Candidates should have a strong background in chemistry and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI chatbot outputs on diverse chemistry problems.
- Assess the quality and performance of AI models.
Skills
Education
We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
- A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required
- Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position
- You can choose which projects you want to work on
- You can work on your own schedule
- Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work
- PayPal payments; currency conversions from USD handled by PayPal
