Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and exceptionally organised Bilingual Private Personal Assistant (Russian/English) to provide 24/7 remote lifestyle support to the Principal (based in Cyprus) and their family. The role involves managing personal affairs, household logistics, and family travel across multiple locations. This is a fully remote position, suited for a candidate with proven experience supporting UHNW families in a private household, family office setting or fully remote capacity.

• Provide full private support to the Principal and family, ensuring seamless daily operations
• Coordinate extensive international travel, including flights, visas, itineraries, and transfers
• Manage household logistics, liaising with staff, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee children’s education administration, including school communication and activities
• Arrange medical appointments and manage confidential health documentation
• Handle personal and family records, renewals, and documentation
• Organise private events, family gatherings, and celebrations
• Manage purchases, expenses, and bill payments
• Ensure discreet, 24/7 availability and proactive problem‑solving at all times

• Native Russian speaker with excellent verbal and written English
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Private Personal Assistant within a UHNW
• Strong background in household and lifestyle management
• Highly organised, discreet, and dependable, with exceptional attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy and confident managing complex logistics remotely
• Based in a European time zone (CET, EET, or GMT+1–GMT+3)
