Design and develop engaging online course content, including modules, lessons, videos, quizzes, and assignments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Create and deliver content using course authoring tools (e.g., Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, Moodle, etc.).
Develop learning objectives and ensure alignment with overall course goals.
Apply instructional design principles to optimize learner retention and engagement.
Record or script video/audio content and manage course production from concept to launch.
Continuously update and improve course materials based on learner feedback and analytics.
Stay updated on online education trends and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
Proven experience in curriculum development or course creation (for any age group or professional skill level).
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.).
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Familiarity with video editing tools (Camtasia, iMovie, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a learner-first mindset.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an instructional designer, coach, educator, or corporate trainer.
Experience developing digital content or teaching online is highly desirable.
