THE FIRM

A highly regarded regional law firm.

THE ROLE

The firm is keen to recruit into its busy and highly regarded Private Client Team which is Chambers rated and ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500 within its region.

The team advises business owners and high-net worth individuals often over generations on both local and multi-jurisdictional matters relating to wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and tax planning strategies.

ABOUT YOU

A 4 years+ PQE Lawyer is sought and the firm will also consider candidates below Partner level and those with experience of managing a high net worth caseload.

The successful applicant will provide a range of advice and services to the Firm's individual clients, ranging from the preparations of Wills and Trusts, inheritance tax planning, and probate & estate administration.

The complexity of matters will depend on the candidate's PQE, and will increase with support and supervision as experience grows. Under supervision, the successful candidate will gain experience of handling larger value estates and more complex family circumstances.
