You'll work across jurisdictions, with broad exposure to corporate, sales, and compliance matters.

Job Description

The Corporate Paralegal will be:

  • Managing corporate governance & entity maintenance across EMEA, including document preparation, filings, and liaising with local counsel
  • Supporting entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions as needed
  • Handling NDAs, commercial contracts, apostilles/notarisation, and ensuring smooth contract signature workflows
  • Assisting with bids and tenders, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, and advising bid teams
  • Acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) and external counsel
  • Overseeing legal billing processes: invoice review, reconciliation, and liaison with finance
  • Monitoring relevant law/regulation changes, conducting legal research, and providing summaries to business teams
  • Assisting with internal audits, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance programs
The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Paralegal should be:

  • A paralegal or legal professional with 3-5 years' experience in a corporate legal environment
  • Well versed in corporate governance, compliance, and entity management
  • Experienced in bid/tender documentation and commercial contract support
  • Comfortable advising non‑legal stakeholders and navigating complex corporate structures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal tech tools
  • Experience in multinational or publicly traded companies, cross‑border entity work, EU/ME tenders
