Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)
Compensation: Commission Only — Unlimited Earning Potential ($70K–$200K+)

That means no cold calling, no door knocking, and no chasing friends or family. Every lead is warm and pre-qualified — all you do is connect and serve.
Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom
Guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs and budget
Follow a proven virtual sales process — no guesswork required
Participate in daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM–12 PM EST)
Set and achieve personal income goals
Stay coachable, take feedback, and communicate consistently with your mentor team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-discipline and consistency working remotely
Willingness to learn and apply mentorship feedback
Active Life Insurance License (or ability to complete a short online course)
Reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection
Most agents who follow our system earn $100K+ in their first year. With an average commission of $500 per sale and consistent closers averaging 5 sales per week, your success depends on one thing — your commitment.
