Job Summary
ZOLL Itamar UK is looking for a new Regional Clinical Support Specialist (RCSS) for Central England and Wales.
The Regional Clinical Support Specialist (RCSS) will play a central role in further growth of the WatchPAT market share in Central England and Wales, and assuming responsibility for educating, training, and supporting clients and leads in this territory and beyond.
This role requires strong clinical and organisational skills, a customer service-oriented approach, and close collaboration with EMEA Area Business Director, UKI Country Manager, a team of RCSSs, and technical support teams.
Essential Functions
Provide technical and clinical training to staff in accounts.
Assisting clients with clinical questions.
Educating clients and potential leads about Itamar’s technology and its advantages.
Visit clients on a regular basis to educate and support the clients’staff.
Manage communication and collaboration with local KOLs.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree Bio Engineering / Bio medical / similar preferred
1-3 years At least three years’ experience in sleep medicine, either as sleep technician / Respiratory physiologist. preferred
Residence in or around the Central England or Wales.
Background in clinical training (mentoring new staff) – an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to deliver a presentation.
Readiness to travel within the UK (about 50% percent of time) and from time to time International travel. (car allowance/company car will be provided).
Self-discipline, and ability to manage your own schedule.
