A leading surveying firm is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its remote team. This role involves advising on building defects, managing diverse surveying projects, and preparing maintenance reports. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000
The Charctered Building Surveyor will work as part of a growing team under the guidance of the Building Surveying Directors, delivering core surveying and project services primarily within the residential and commercial sectors. This role suits a proactive and motivated professional who is keen to apply their technical expertise across a diverse range of surveying disciplines while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. With the role being fully remote, the role requires an experienced building surveyor who can manage their own director and is motivated to become a director level building surveyor in the coming years.
