Background

A forward‑thinking practice based in Whitehaven is looking for a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to support until March next year. This is a great opportunity for a Prescribing Pharmacist to work remotely with full‑time hours and an immediate start.

Your role

Provide primary support to general practice staff with prescription and medication queries, including repeat prescriptions, acute prescription requests, medicines reconciliation on transfer of care, and systems for safer prescribing. Offer clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patients.

£30‑35 per hour
