In this role, you will work directly with employers and apprentices to support them throughout their learning journey. You'll help source suitable placements, schedule college attendance, conduct apprentice reviews, assess workplace evidence against National Occupational Standards, and ensure learners receive the guidance they need to succeed. Full training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician, ideally with experience working independently or managing their own workload. You will need a NVQ level 3 and an AM2 or a JIB gold card.
