Remote Building Regulations PD – Architect/Technologist
Job summary
A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Building Regulations Principal Designer to support clients in delivering regulatory compliance across various sectors. This role involves advising on the Building Safety Act, engaging with a range of stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet compliance standards. You will work remotely and enjoy a competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and excellent benefits including professional development opportunities.

- Experience in liaising with various stakeholders in construction projects.
- Strong ability to provide technical advice related to building compliance.
Responsibilities
- Offer advice around the Building Safety Act and ensure compliance on projects.
- Liaise with Principal Designer and other key stakeholders.
- Attend client and design team meetings.
