Qualifications

• Must have excellent knowledge of building regulations and legislation.
• Experience in liaising with various stakeholders in construction projects.
• Strong ability to provide technical advice related to building compliance.

Responsibilities

• Offer advice around the Building Safety Act and ensure compliance on projects.
• Liaise with Principal Designer and other key stakeholders.
• Attend client and design team meetings.

Education

Architecture, Architectural Technology or Design Management

Membership to RIBA, CIAT or similar
