Job summary
A business transformation consultancy in the UK is seeking a Business Transformation Coach who will work with manufacturing businesses to deliver visionary projects. This client-facing role involves influencing senior leaders and driving change across various functions. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of project delivery experience and strong relational skills. This role requires up to four nights a week away from home, with a Monday-to-Friday working schedule that includes remote work on Fridays.
