A leading HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to bring Austrian payroll expertise to high-profile client projects across the DACH region. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with multinational teams while delivering innovative and compliant payroll solutions.
- Lead design workshops to gather and analyse Austrian payroll requirements
- Prepare functional documentation and workbooks
- Configure and implement customer requirements in SAP HCM PY or SuccessFactors ECP
- Support data migration activities, especially for master and payroll data
- Lead testing cycles including Unit, UAT and Parallel Testing
- Advise on payroll and post-payroll processes
- Align proactively across workstreams in hybrid SAP / SuccessFactors projects.
- Support Sales/Pre-Sales workshops as a SME where required
- Senior-level expertise in Austrian payroll processes and SAP PY configuration
- End-to-end payroll project implementations
- Understanding of SAP reporting tools
- Strong grasp of payroll and post-payroll processes
- Experience working in international, remote and fast-paced environments
- Client-focused, with excellent collaboration skills
- Basic ABAP knowledge (nice to have)
- German – C1+ and fluent English
