Remote Mosaic Subject Matter Expert needed paying £450 per day ref 000A 54A12

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

We are seeking experienced Mosaic Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the successful implementation, delivery, and adoption of the Mosaic case management system across Children and Young People’s Services and Adult Services and Wellbeing.

This role is critical to ensuring the system is configured, tested, and embedded effectively, with a strong focus on data quality, workflow design, and user readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert input on Mosaic forms and workflow configuration.
  • Support data quality initiatives, including identification and correction of data issues.
  • Assist with data migration activities, including shaping and matching legacy system data.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and execution.
  • Advise on best practices for Mosaic forms, reference data, and system configuration.
  • Configure and validate worker roles and permissions within Mosaic.
  • Design and implement workflows, particularly those related to data migration.
  • Support go-live planning, execution, and post-go-live case management and progression.
