Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Client Relations Assistant to join our global Arlettie team. In this role, you will provide customer service support by managing client enquiries and ensuring a smooth experience leading up to and during our upcoming event.

This is a temporary position running for three weeks, starting week commencing 25th September. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of customer service cases, dashboards and reports.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone and in-person interactions.
  • Assign and prioritise customer cases, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the event team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Must speak French fluently. Italian is a bonus.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Confidence in speaking to clients over the phone and in-person.
  • A professional, friendly, and polished demeanour suitable for luxury retail.
