Overview

Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join a global manufacturer / designer of fluid handling solutions.

The role focuses on developing new business in dosing pumps and air compressor systems via end user and OEM channels, working with the general manager and sales director. This is a fully remote role, and ideally covers the East / North East.

The candidate should have strong technical experience in selling dosing pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, dryers, air treatment systems, or related compressor products, with the desire to grow sales within North East America. This role follows the Sales Director taking on more leadership and managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new customers and opportunities within the dosing pump industry.
  • Key account management and new business development.
  • Manage projects and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities to expand market share in dosing pumps, blowers and compressed air systems.
  • Develop strategic sales plans for industrial compressed air products and solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse industry trends, and manage the sales territory, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to support technical sales and solutions.
  • Fully remote covering North East America, ideally East Coast.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving new business within the dosing pump market.
  • Experience in selling dosing pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, dryers, air dryers, air treatment systems, or related compressor products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business.
  • A technical engineering qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is advantageous.
  • Willing to travel across North East America.
