License & Leisure Surveyor - Home based East Midlands/North London/East Anglia/South Yorkshire

Our National client has a strong reputation for delivering multiple services across all industry sectors. Their Alternatives Division carries out work with pubs, restaurants, healthcare providers, nurseries and care homes. A relatively new team, they have grown from 0 to 7 members within a couple of years and now can boast of having a nationwide presence. This role will be adding to that by catering for a gap they have in the East Midlands, North London, East Anglia and South Yorkshire areas.

• Contribute to trading valuations within the license & leisure sector and support related valuation work.
• Work with clients in pubs, restaurants, healthcare providers, nurseries and care homes.
• Support business development and help grow the team’s coverage in East Midlands, North London, East Anglia and South Yorkshire.
• Collaborate with the wider Alternatives Division, with potential involvement in transactional work.

• RICS accredited.
• Experience of trading valuations.
• License & leisure valuation experience preferred.
• Open to Leisure Agents seeking to transition into valuations.

This would be a great role based from home but with the ability to work from London, Birmingham or Leeds offices from time to time as part of a wider team.

This is a great new role in an ambitious and fast-growing division. You will have the opportunity to get involved with business development and carve out an integral role within the team. They are currently working with Lloyds, Barclays, VAS and other challenger banks, and developing business with lawyers and private clients.
