D365 F&O Team Lead - £72k

Pearson Carter is currently working with a growing global end user based out of the UK/Europe. They are looking to hire a D365 F&O Team Lead to lead a small team of 3 people. The ideal candidate will have strong F&O knowledge and proven experience.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £72K depending on experience, 25 days holiday, and home-based working!

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team
• Lead the team and pipeline as Head of Business Applications
• Manage people or collaborate effectively with team members
• Hands-on involvement in F&O implementation
• Support the team in delivering objectives
• Maintain a good understanding of D365

• Growth mindset with an aggressive approach
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and making a difference
• Ability to build business partnerships
• Manufacturing understanding (advantageous)
• Minimum 2-3 years of F&O experience

Location: Home-based working. The Microsoft Dynamics F&O client has offices in the UK and Denmark. Travel to these offices and client sites may be required.
