Hours: Days Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish, early finish Friday
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a basic understanding of electrical fault finding. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, working with a variety of systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, robots, and automated manufacturing lines.
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot presses, robots, and automated manufacturing lines.
- Carry out basic electrical fault finding when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work as part of a small, dynamic team to ensure maximum machine uptime and efficiency.
- Mechanical bias with experience in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to carry out basic electrical fault finding (training can be provided).
- Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, robots, or automated systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility in working hours and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Flexible working hours with the ability to adjust start and finish times.
