Overview

Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Randstad Education is seeking an exceptional educator to join a supportive and inclusive school in Wirral for a full-time, long-term position. Make a real difference in the lives of your students!

Role and Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Adaptation: Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the diverse learning needs of students with SEN.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Effective Classroom Management: Employ proven strategies to maintain a focused and productive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential.
  • SEN Experience: Minimum 6 months experience teaching students with SEN (Experience with Autism, ADHD, SLD, and PMLD highly desirable).
  • DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Right to Work: Legal right to work in the UK.
