Our client are a growing UK bank whose primary focus is Fintech and payments are recruiting for an AVP Compliance Officer to join their growing team.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Advise on regulatory issues and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate actions.
• Oversee and perform compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulators.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of compliance.

A successful AVP Compliance Officer should have:

• Solid understanding of compliance regulations within the financial services industry.
• Experience in risk and compliance management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex compliance issues.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
