- Input Purchase and Sales Ledger Invoices.
- Manage SAP and keep records reconciled.
- Prepare weekly payment runs.
- Process Payments and Receipts.
- Conduct Bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Handle Credit Control tasks.

- Input of Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Input of Sales Ledger Invoices
- Management of SAP, keeping them update to date and reconciled.
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Processing Payments/Receipts
- Bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Journal Postings
- Dealing with Customer/Supplier requests, and collaboration with customer services on ad hoc finance queries.
- Management of open PO and GRPO, working with account managers across the business, chasing timely receipting and delivery of invoices.
- Maintain/facilitate other ad hoc finance queries
A successful Accounts Assistant will have previous exposure to a similar level of role and be able to show where they have covered all daily Bookkeeping tasks within an SME environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of GBP 16.00 - GBP 18.0.
