You will provide strategic advice on the full employment lifecycle, collaborating across jurisdictions and working with global HR and legal teams.

They advise multinational corporates with annual revenues from $100m to $17bn on pan-jurisdictional employment matters, boasting a compact, expert team of five in London, supported by partner counsel worldwide.

Description

Provide clear, high-quality employment law advice on international assignments, restructurings, and terminations

Act as the day-to-day legal contact for senior HR and General Counsel teams

Support multi-jurisdictional employment projects in collaboration with London and overseas counsel

Identify commercial and legal risks, crafting pragmatic solutions tailored to client jurisdictions

Contribute to business development and promotion of the international employment practice

Profile

3-6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally within international or cross-border contexts

Strong interest in international employment matters and commercial acumen

Proven ability to advise on complex issues such as TUPE, global commission schemes, and executive terminations

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate with legal teams globally
