- Prepare and present monthly management accounts including variance analysis and performance reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conducting cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Oversee reconciliations and manage the month-end process.
- Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in Accounting & Finance. (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven expertise in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
