Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures, reorganisations and joint ventures, corporate governance
• Managing transactions from inception through to completion
• Supporting owner‑managed businesses and larger corporate clients
• Working closely with partners to develop client relationships and win new work

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' corporate legal experience
• Experienced in advising on M&A, corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
