Responsibilities include managing shift teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and conducting asset evaluations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in controls maintenance along with relevant qualifications such as HNC and IOSH. Qualifications

  • Significant experience in providing BMS building services and Controls maintenance.
  • In-country Chartered / Registered / Licensed Engineer preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical shift team and contractors.
  • Provide technical reports and asset evaluations.
  • Maintain a risk register for responsibilities.
