Job description
The Role
  • Prepare delicious, high-quality food in line with company standards
  • Support all aspects of food service, including preparation, production, operation, and presentation
  • Lead and provide food and beverages at service counters, ensuring sufficient supplies throughout service periods
  • Deliver outstanding catering services both in and out of the kitchen
  • Assist with restaurant and hospitality service delivery on-site (and at other sites when required)
  • Serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
  • Maintain excellent general hygiene and ensure your working area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Work to deadlines, ensuring prompt and efficient service of meals
  • Follow all statutory Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, upholding a secure and safe environment
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 (or working toward it) in Professional Cookery, an equivalent cookery qualification, or relevant industry experience
  • A genuine passion for great-tasting food and excellent service
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene principles
  • A brilliant communicator who can build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
  • A supportive and helpful team player with a desire to succeed
