• Significant experience in fault finding, maintenance, installation and inspection/testing.
• Experience in providing reactive and PPM building services maintenance.
• Experience in working under strict Health & Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive works.
• Handle building services maintenance including HVAC and mechanical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company standards.
