Qualifications

• Significant experience in providing BMS building services and Controls maintenance.
• In-country Chartered / Registered / Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical shift team and contractors.
• Provide technical reports and asset evaluations.
• Maintain a risk register for responsibilities.
