AS A SHIFT MANAGER YOU'LL BE

• Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
• Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing a "above & beyond" experience for your team and customers
• Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun!
• Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
• You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
• You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area
