- SaaS product development using Ruby on Rails, Python, and AWS (or similar technologies)
- Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex problems
- Develop scalable and secure applications
- Experience developing SaaS or data-heavy SaaS products
- Strong hands-on development background with project leadership experience (Senior Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, or similar)
- Experience with cloud deployments, CI/CD, Kubernetes, etc.
- Advocate for best practices in software engineering such as TDD, SOLID principles
